Ms. Lobosco has taught at the university level from 1992 to 2004. She then moved to Perugia, Italy where she ran her own travel company called A True Italian Experience, taking tourists to off-the-beaten path places to discover the real Italy! She also taught Italian language immersion courses in Italy and taught yoga in her own yoga studio. In 2012, she returned to the US and moved to NJ where she launched and wrote the curriculum for Italian 1, 2, 3, 4 and AP for Point Pleasant Point Pleasant Beach High School, launching the school's first ever Italian program at Pt Beach.
Ms. Lobosco is both Italian and American with dual citizenship. She grew up in the United States and resided in Italy for about 8 years as an adult. She continues to visit her family and friends in Italy annually and runs trips for her students every other year. She also continues her travel company.
