• Hi, I'm Lisa Kitchenman and I am one of the three Health and Physical Education teachers at G. Harold Antrim Elementary School.  I have been serving the Point Pleasant Beach School District for the past twenty-three years.

As a parent, and substitute teacher, I served as an active member of both the Elementary and High School PTO’s.  I held the office of President for two terms at both the school.

In 2000, I was hired as the full-time teacher.  I became very attached to the students who entered Kindergarten that year. I wanted to watch them mature beyond their nine years at Antrim.  So, I serve as their class advisor.  I enjoyed watching them graduate form P.P.B.H.S.

I am honored to server on many school committees.  The following is a list of several roles that I fill in the district; Olympic Night Coordinator, Middle States Committee, Family Life and Action Team Member, School Planning Team, Curriculum Committee Member, Head Soccer Coach and Head Track and Field Coach, Class Advisor.  I enjoy wearing many hats to serve the P.P.B. School District.

Before teaching at Antrim School, my mother, Joan Spiegel-Fahner and I owned a children and maternity clothing store named Lovable Kids which was located on Bridge Avenue in Point Pleasant.  I was also the coordinator of the "Fit Kids" program at Life Fitness in Wall Township.

Along with my business career, I taught at St. Peter's School in Point Pleasant Beach and St. Mary's School in Deal, NJ.  I graduated with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Health and Physical Education from East Stroudsburg University, in PA.

My husband and I reside in P.P.B.  I am an original "Clam Digger" of Point Pleasant Beach.  I graduated from the halls of P.P.B.H.S. in 1979 and very proud that both my children are "Garnet Gulls" as well.

It is an honor to be one of THE FEW, THE PROUD, THE BEACH!
