MIDDLE STATES COMMITTEE MINUTES

OCTOBER 30, 2008

Members Present: Dr. Ellis, Mr. Ireland, Ms. King, Mrs. Kitchenman, Mrs. Luccioni, Mrs. Monticello, Dr. Mulligan, Mr. O'Hara, Mrs. Parlow, Dr. Ravally, Mrs. Rudd, Mr. Shohfi, Mr. Whitman, and Mrs. Woit

1. Dr. Ravally began this meeting by providing an overview of the Accreditation for Growth process. He discussed the roles of the committee members and explained what data would be used for the purposes of determining the areas of growth which would be the objectives for the Accreditation for Growth process.

2. All committee members introduced themselves and explained their affiliation with the Point Pleasant Beach School District.

3. Ms. King discussed the purpose of the District Mission Statement and distributed a copy to each committee member with the request that they review same in preparation for the next meeting which will take place on Monday, November 24, 2008.

4. Meeting was adjourned.
