* As per NJSA 18A:11-11, a public hearing will be held concerning the negotiations on or on amendments to the contracts of the Superintendent and the Business Administrator. The Board may take action on such contracts after the public hearing at this meeting.
Action will be taken at each regular meeting. Participation by the public at all meetings shall be at such time or times as set forth in the agenda of the meeting and/or at the direction of the presiding officer. The Asbury Park Press and The Ocean Star are hereby designated official newspapers for notices, and said notices may be sent to either or all where necessary under the provisions of the Open Public Meetings Act.
